Doggehouse
Kennels goal is to produce 100% healthy
generational Olde English Bulldogges and to
improve on the history and original intent
of the breed. Our breeding stock’s lineage
contains descendants of the original OEB
lines from Hermes, Wallace & Leavitt. We are
not a “puppy mill” and we look at our
bulldogge program as a passion, and not a
“business”. All of our dogs are members of
our family and are treated as such. We do
not own “kennel dogs” whose only purpose in
life is to breed. We also do not own dogs
whose only purpose in life is to live on a
chain and eat whenever food is given to
them. Our dogs are "working dogs" in
the truest form, as they are regular
companions with us on our many acres of
farmland and also accompany us at equine
facilities in our area. Our goal is to produce what we
consider to be the “Ultimate Bulldog”
based on temperament, health, sociability,
protection, looks & many other factors.
Please note that these
dogs ARE NOT AKC English Bulldogs.
Olde
English Bulldogges are a separate breed
from the English Bulldog and they are
taller, more athletic & healthier. The Olde
English Bulldogge is a re-creation of the
18th century Bulldogge, and was developed
for health, ability and temperament. It
was bred to better an existing breed
and this goal has been accomplished with
great results and many generations of
healthy dogs to prove it. These animals make
great pets and are devoted and loyal. They
can adjust well to all living conditions
ranging from small apartments to a large
families & farms. |
